As my first time renting, I am so thankful for Grayson place! Cori is wonderful and made the process of applying quick and easy! She provided a tour with 2 units and was so optimistic about how amazing living in this location is. The interior is beautiful. I appreciated receiving a move in folder with everything I need to set up and all my costs. Everytime I’ve had a question, their office would call me back instantly or helped me on the spot in their office. The staff’s willingness to solve or address any of my questions, they have surpassed in a professional respectful way. Their gym is also amazing! Everything is clean.

Maintenance gets to your requests in 24-48 hours without fail! The apartment itself is beautiful — massive kitchen and lots of deep storage. The amenities are awesome and I love how pet-friendly the complex is!

Maintenance team is awesome! Friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra step! Luke went above and beyond when he came to fix the vent in my guest room. On a separate occasion, Rene came to fix doors in the house that wouldn't stay shut. I wasn't even sure how to explain the problem, but I just showed him what was wrong and he immediately knew what to do, and took time to explain why it was happening. Thanks Maintenance Team!

I moved here just a short while ago. I really like the area. The staff is great, very helpful and attentive to the residents. The community is nice and quiet. I would recommend this complex to everyone. The units are very spacious and modern. The 'Smart Home" features are very nice. There is a small playground that I see kids using which is nice. I have not taken advantage of the lounge area with the pool table and move theater room but they both seem very nice The only issues I have had are listed below and the reason for my 4 instead of 5 stars: 1-The pool area is spacious however almost all of the lounge chair pads are damaged, ripped or stained with bird droppings. There are only 3 umbrellas and 2 of them are broken. The outdoor 'Living Room" are is nice but it’s usually dirty and ants are really bad and they bite. If you are expecting a "Luxurious" pool area it certainly doesn’t feel that way. 2- There is a cool little dog park but again there is an ant problem. Also I noticed its hosed off every morning which is great since dogs are utilizing it however I'm not sure if it’s being deodorized because it has a very strong urine smell omitting from it throughout the day 3- There seems to be an issue with people not cleaning up after their dogs here. I'm sure it’s not everyone but there is a lot of dog droppings to be seen when you walk around the complex. I have only found 2 bag/can areas with the little green bags and collection can, which I don’t mind because I usually have my own baggies but I think people would be more inclined to clean up if they didn’t have to go walking in search of a baggy. Maybe if they installed a few more it would help alleviate the problem. 4-The gym is pretty nice. No real issues other than I wish they had bit more versatile equipment. Everything you need for most workouts is there but I do need to get creative on certain workout days due to a lack of variety. I hope the feedback is helpful ?

I’ve lived at Grayson for 1.5 years now and will renew my lease in 6 months. Monique, Angel, David in the office and Luke and Renee in maintenance are all kind, respectfully and helpful in resolving issues. I’ve only experienced a few minor issues and this staff addressed my complaints and resolved them professionally. It’s a well maintained and lovely place to live! Would be a five star review if: 1) Clubhouse was open when more residents could use it-coffee can’t be accessed until after 9 am when most people have already left for work; movie theater is only accessible during office hours, so no evening/Sunday movies. 2) Recycling was available. 3) The exterior of the buildings and walkways/gravel areas were cleaner and had less dog feces. Maintenance is good about cleaning if you have a concern but it would be nice if residents didn’t have to alert the office. Even regularly inspecting one building (all floors and exterior areas) per day could solve this issue.

Huge shoutout to Angel in the front office. I was looking at multiple apartment complexes and stopped by Grayson Place as a walk-in. Angel treated me with more respect and patience than any other location I had toured. I went from walking in without an appointment to signing a lease that same day. The amenities are impressive. The pool is clean and quiet, the gym is much larger than any other apartment complex i've toured, and the location is next to impossible to beat. Since moving in, the vibe has been nothing but professional. 5-Stars!

None of that I am not sure, I will have to look into that for you (yes that is a common thing). I have have rented on the East Coast through the Midwest and was looking at options in the Goodyear area while I was there. Grayson Place has been an amazing loction, which I have called home since October 2021, and I'm sad to be leaving. I live in a loft apartment, Apt 2113, which is available for rent. It is a single bed/bath over the garages, one of which is included with the apartment. Property management and maintenance have been very helpful, kind, friendly and quickly followed through when I input requests. The open floor plan of the apartment, with the vaulted ceilings, provides spacious living. There are multiple windows throughout the apartment, which provides ample natural light. My favorite is the hard floors, which made for easy clean-up, with the exception of the carpeted bedroom, which was easily maintained. There is a cozy nook which houses a fairly new, large, stackable washer and dryer. A walk-in-closet is just right for two people. The bedroom snuggly fits a queen size bed and easily fits a full-size bed. The bathroom has a large, deep linen closet, multiple drawers and a large tub. There is a small coat closet for a little storage and the garage offers additional storage. As mentioned, there is a covered, secure garage to store a single vehicle and provides ample additional storage. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, glass-top stove/oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. There is a lot of cabinet space with a large, floor to ceiling, deep pantry. There is sufficient space to include a kitchen table to seat four, or set up br stools along the kitchen island. There is a large balcony, which get morning sunlight and is shaded in the evening. The property is situated between I-10 and Hwy-303 and multiple shopping centers. The grounds are well-maintained and offers multiple amenities: The large swimming pool provides suffient length to do laps or just play to cool off and have fun. It also is equipped with a large hot tub, great for relaxation. The gymnasium is well maintained, clean and has a great variety of workout equipment. There is a small gated dog park. Throughout the grounds there are poo bag stations equipped with bags to help maintain ground cleanliness. My favorite is the dog grooming station, located directly below my apartment. This property, by far, has been the most pet friendly. A well lit mail room with lockers to receive packages so porch pirates have not been a problem. Additional amenities I wish I had the opportunity to utilize include the following: Movie theater Pool table Ping pong table Multiple grilling stations Kid playground Club house And a computer room

I had no idea “luxury” apartments existed until January 2022! My last long term apartment living was long ago, in the city and came with critters. I found Grayson Place driving by. The online presentation and photos led me to book a tour and I was about to settle for a first available one bedroom (thought to be my only immediate option)which although the model is furnished and decorated beautifully, I was very nervous about the drastic downsizing! Came back next day with a friend unannounced. We met Amanda. She was happy to give us an impromptu tour first of the intended one bedroom model, explaining the smart home features, modern appliances, complex amenities (and patiently answered my questions) then led us to the two bedroom model and shared that there were two available and move in ready! With sons in college, one here local and working as well and another 2 hours out, I was instantly relieved about my decision, and knew our new home would be comfortable and provide similar features we’d been used to without the burden! Amanda was able to provide location of all available units, approximate costs upon pending approval, and also added there was a special at the time ( which was very helpful with my circumstances and only slight increase compared to the much smaller one bedroom) I picked my desired unit the following day thanks to Amanda! We are now enjoying our two bedroom home, pool and dog park, worry free! Amanda continues to be a great help as the transition continues and I can count on her to assist me with all questions! She makes us feel welcome and I often think how does she handle so much, so well, for all the residents? BUT Amanda forgot to mention an added bonus-food trucks! Pokys came (and different ones come weekly)when my youngest son was home from spring break! And a Louisiana bar-b-que , cajun inspired truck drove up when my Godson was visiting! Nice surprise!

Monique, the manager, was on top it, worked with her pesticide team and the problem has been resolved! There was also a weed issue along the Lot line and again Monique sent the landscape crew and cleared it all out! Fantastic responses! Thank you Monique and Grayson!

Family trip for Suns game. Hotel was nice and clean. A few items were broken. Toaster handle broken, lamp in main room did not work. No can opener found. Chair in main room stained. Only one bottle of shampoo and body was provided in a three bedroom apartment and only one set of towels in each bathroom and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Cheaper type of products provided. Only one trash bag for kitchen trash. Ni non stick pans provided for eggs. No laundry soap or products provided. There is a Harley Davidson store right down the road so you hear Harley’s all night and day very loud. Could not sleep in because of this. Location is nice and convenient to many stores. Pool was nice but extremely cold. Hot tub was nice. Parking is very limited for non residents who are using air bnb. Bed in master bedroom very uncomfortable and needs replacing. No tvs in any of the bedrooms only in the main living area. All in all was a good place to stay. Would have given a five star if listed issues corrected.

I have been looking at apartment communities all week during my visit to Arizona and Grayson Place, with Dyana’s customer service and the resort style living that it offers, is definitely the place for me!

Grayson Place apartments is beautiful and truly resembles a 5-star resort. It is very well kept up and pleasantly serene and quiet. Dyana in the front office was so sweet and professional. The interior design in the apartments are top notch! The amenities are beautiful as well. The pool is stunning and there's no need for a gym membership with a gym like the one at Grayson Place. Please ignore all the lower star reviews of Grayson Place. These reviews were all before the new management took over. I have lived here for 6 months and the new management is much much better! The complex and pool is much cleaner, issues/complainants are dealt with, they have events, and now occasionally food trucks. The new management and staff is very friendly and easy to talk to about problems and concerns. I was going to post a lower review until this management took over. It is a night and day difference.

Please ignore all the lower star reviews of Grayson Place. These reviews were all before the new management took over. I have lived here for 6 months and the new management is much much better! I love this property! It is brand new and absolutely beautiful. I love the Starbucks coffee in the clubhouse and all of the amenities are great! The office staff is so nice and helpful. Any issues I have ever had have been addressed quickly and easily. I love it here and plan to renew my lease next year!

We moved in back in the beginning of May. We were told that we would be able to pay for 2 covered parking spaces on our lease, then we were asked if we could wait until June as construction didn't make enough covered parking until then. We were told on June 11th or after we would have our 2nd spot. I reached out multiple times in regards to this and have yet to get a response. Also there is always garbage outside our door and under our steps. They have yet to get things like key fabs, sanitizer machines and water bottle filler fixed. That is why I am giving 4 stars and not 5. This complex is beautiful but they need to work on communicating better.
